We have canceled the Smartvatten remote monitoring service, and we no longer wish to monitor our water consumption in real time. How can we return the remote monitoring device?

Please contact our customer service team via email (info@smartvatten.com) for specific instructions. We’ll send you a return label which you can attach to the parcel. Our delivery partner will pick up the parcel at an agreed time. Remember to notify your insurance company that you’re no longer using a leak monitoring system.

Price 2 € / day / main water meter (Excl. VAT)

  • Includes start up, maintenance, connection, and service costs
  • Can be cancelled at any time
