Open position: Customer Success Manager, The Netherlands

Envera is a rapidly growing water management service company with +40 full-time employees and operations expanding across Finland, Germany, Sweden and the Netherlands. Envera’s Smartvatten remote monitoring service helps property owners already in over 6500 properties to stop flushing money down the drain and catch plumbing leaks before it’s too late.

As part of Envera’s internationalization strategy, we are now strengthening our team in the Netherlands in order to meet the rising demand in the real estate industry.

We are now looking for:

Customer Success Manager, the Netherlands

Your main tasks:

  • Helping customers implement new technology and service in their work
  • Being a customer advocate (listening to their needs, working for their interest)
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships

What we expect from you:

  • Time management skills and being adaptive to unexpected situations
  • Pioneer mindset and willingness to learn new things
  • Ability to proactively identify customers issues
  • Fluency in Dutch and professional working proficiency in English
