    Customer Success Manager, Stockholm/Helsinki

    Your main tasks:

    • Helping customers implement new technology and service in their work
    • Being a customer advocate (listening to their needs, working for their interest)

    Growth Marketing Manager, Amsterdam/Helsinki

    Responsibilities and duties:

    • Create Account Based Marketing strategy and execute it effectively to meet the growth objectives of Smartvatten. Keep up a strong focus on driving pipeline generation exclusively from a top account list and accelerate existing opportunities. Work hand in hand with our highly skilled international sales team
    • Custom and create content for different stakeholders within the targeted global key accounts
    • Identify the most effective marketing messages, value propositions, materials, channels, and calls to action for buyer and influencer personas within global key accounts
    • Build and manage ABM metrics to ensure business impact measured by named account pipeline
    • Work with sales to identify gaps in key persons and contact information within strategic accounts; develop data and insight strategy to add key persons and contacts within accounts

    We are expecting:

    • Relevant experience within b2b growth marketing and ABM
    • Strong track record of reaching sustainable, operational results and evidence of career success
    • Fluency in English, other language skills seen as an advantage
    • Both self-driven and team-oriented person
