TA and HR Specialist (Amsterdam, hybrid)

 

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Follow the recruitment processes and update as needed
  • Create job ads based on competence and role frames from recruiting managers and publish in LinkedIn and locally relevant channels.
  • Conduct sourcing activities in LinkedIn and relevant job portals
  • Review applications and run first interviews with selected candidates, present suitable ones to recruiting managers.
  • Manage interview practicalities and potential candidate testing
  • Finally, make offers and manage candidate pools to ensure they remain engaged for future opportunities.
  • Represent company at f2f and online recruitment events for networking with potential candidate communities.
  • Generate weekly updates on progress to people manager and your direct manager CFO.
  • Work closely with marketing and other colleagues to develop ways to address TA challenges
  • Depending on your back-ground and motivation, you may also contribute to e.g. process or channel development and EB work.
  • Additionally, according to work load and your interest and bac-ground, you will be participating in HR administrative and development tasks.

Responsibilities and duties

  • Ensure that the external invoicing is managed correctly.
  • Cooperate with Sales and other customer interfacing functions, to ensure that the internal customer experience is impeccable.
  • Participate in developing the invoicing processes.
  • Manage the receivables and debt collection.
  • Assist your colleagues in the Finance team around any finance administration questions.

We expect

  • At least two years experience from finance administration, such as ledger and invoicing.
  • Ability to work with Excel. Experience from Oracle NetSuite and MS Dynamics 365 is a definitive advantage but not a requirement.
  • Relevant education (finance, commerce, admin)
  • Enthusiasm, attention to details and ability to digest information in changing environment.
  • Ability to maintain routines and quality standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, internally and externally, in multiple communication channels.
  • Fluency in Finnish and English, as you will work with local and international colleagues and customers. Other languages are an advantage.

Quality and Compliance Specialist / Manager

 

Your main tasks

  • Drive the quality and compliance agenda and respond to raising requests nationally and internationally according to business needs.
  • Support and educate your colleagues and potentially our customers, suppliers and partners on compliance regulations and requirements.
  • Lead the needed quality certification (ISO) audits and ensure GDPR compliancy
  • Function as compliance and quality process and policy owner, including the relevant handbooks
  • Support in company M&A activities (such as audits) also in international setup
  • Perform 3rd party quality and risk assessments (subcontracting chain, purchasing) and review legal papers such as terms and conditions, procurement agreements and code of conduct.
  • Function as work safety manager

We expect you to

  • Have a relevant back-ground and experience from quality and/or compliance roles in one or several relevant fields of business (such as environmental sustainability, clean tech or technology).
  • Have an education from a relevant field (Bachelor, Masters)
  • Demonstrate independency and enthusiasm for quality and compliance field of expertise

  • Develop Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategy and execute it effectively to meet the growth objectives of Smartvatten. Keep up a strong focus on driving pipeline generation exclusively from a top account list and accelerate existing opportunities. Work hand in hand with skilled German sales team
  • Create content for different stakeholders at the targeted key accounts
  • Identify the most effective marketing messages, value propositions, materials, channels, and calls to action for buyer and influencer personas at key accounts

Lead generation:

  • Setting up LinkedIn Campaigns

  • Customer Journey research
  • Creating and sending out monthly newsletters
