Account Manager, Norway

Smartvatten is a rapidly growing water management service company with +50 full-time employees and operations expanding to 20 countries across Europe and US. Our Smartvatten remote monitoring service already helps property owners in over 10000 properties to improve their sustainability and stop flushing money down the drain and catch leaks before it's too late.

As part of Smartvatten's internationalisation strategy, we are now strengthening our team in order to meet the rising demand in the real estate industry. We are therefore looking for:

 

SALES MANAGER, Norway (Oslo / hybrid)

 

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Execute account-based sales process effectively in order to meet Smartvatten’s growth objectives. Maintain a strong focus on driving pipeline generation exclusively from a top account list whilst also accelerating existing opportunities.
  • Build strong networks of longterm relationships with stakeholders within the property owner industry.

 

We expect:

  • Relevant experience and a strong existing network within real estate industry
  • A strong track record of reaching and sustaining operational results and evidence of career success.
  • Fluency in Norwegian and full professional proficiency in Englis Additional language skills are considered assets.
  • A self-driven as well as team-orientated person who inspires confidence among external and internal audiences with different interest groups

Quality and Compliance Specialist / Manager

 

Your main tasks

  • Drive, ensure and maintain the quality and compliance agenda, support and educate your colleagues and potentially our customers, suppliers and partners.
  • Lead the quality certification (ISO) and compliance audits
  • Function as process and policy owner and own related handbooks
  • Ensure GDPR compliance
  • Support in company M&A activities (such as audits)
  • Perform 3rd party quality and risk assessments (subcontracting chain, purchasing)
  • Function as work safety manager

We expect you to

  • Have a relevant back-ground and experience from quality and compliance roles, tasks and/or responsibilities in one or several relevant fields of business (such as sustainability, technology or manufacturing).
  • Have an education from a relevant field such as law or technology (Bachelor, Masters)
  • Demonstrate independency and enthusiasm for quality and compliance field of expertise
  • Have proficiency in English, other languages are seen as advantage
  • Track-record in working in truly international business environments
