Customer Success Manager (Sweden or Finland)

Smartvatten is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join the Global team. We're looking for CSM who is interested in sustainability factors, is a keen learner, and can support and exceed our customers' expectations at all times. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new customers, enhancing service value, building close long-term B2B client relationships, and driving customer value from our services.

Your main tasks:

  • Helping customers implement our service and technology, as well as advising them on water efficiency
  • Being a customer advocate (listening to their needs, working for their interests)
  • Building and maintaining solid and long-term customer relationships
  • Schedule virtual meetings with water B2B customers
  • Promote value through customer experience
  • Identify customer needs and maintain and continuously improve our services' quality with mutual collaboration among teams

We expect you to have the following:

  • Fluency level of C1-C2 in Swedish, Finnish and professional working proficiency in English

Software Product Manager (Sweden or Finland)

We are now seeking a highly motivated Software Product Manager for the business global development division of Smartvatten. We're looking for a candidate interested in sustainability factors and with the ambition to grow in a growing company. This role requires someone who is both operational and strategic, able to fluidly navigate and integrate product design, strategy, and product development to create a cutting-edge service for customers.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical and commercial knowledge and is passionate about contributing to Smartvatten's vision of a more sustainable society through water efficiency. You will be part of a high-performing team at Smartvatten and will be given a chance to grow with the company.

You will be working on the following:

  • Develop and execute a product roadmap in alignment with Smartvatten's strategic objectives.
  • Understand the needs of our customers and market, and translate this to specified features funneled into the development backlog.
  • Set and manage the development backlog, including priorities, budgets, and timelines
  • Define and track key performance metrics for software products, and use data to inform decision-making and product development
  • Work with the tech team to identify and prioritize technical risks and dependencies
  • Communicate progress and plans to stakeholders, including the executive team and customers
  • Further, develop and champion Smartvatten's agile innovation processes

To be considered for this role, here are the skills we are looking for:

  • Fluency level of +C1 to C2 of Finnish and professional English language skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 3+ years of experience as a software product manager or a similar role.
  • Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid technical interest, experience working with hardware-enabled software solutions, and commercial understanding

  • Know-how or experience with water or metering technology, sustainability solutions, or PropTech is a plus

Smartvatten is seeking an Installation Specialist to join its Deployment team. In this role, you will support B2B customers to get started and get the best experience after purchasing water monitoring equipment and carrying out installations at customer properties. You will travel to various locations to perform the installations. The position involves internal and external contact areas, with many customer contacts via email, phone, and meeting customers.

The position entails traveling to various locations to perform the installations. The estimation of traveling is around 3-4 times a week. The rest of the week, you will plan future traveling routes, report to your team, follow up with B2B customers, update the database, and collaborate with your team to make successful installations.

  • Execute account-based sales process effectively in order to meet Smartvatten’s growth objectives. Maintain a strong focus on driving pipeline generation exclusively from a top account list whilst also accelerating existing opportunities.
  • Build strong networks of long-term relationships with stakeholders within the property owner industry.

  • Relevant experience and a strong existing network within real estate industry
  • A strong track record of reaching and sustaining operational results and evidence of career success.
  • Fluency in Norwegian and full professional proficiency in English. Additional language skills are considered assets.

Your main tasks

  • Helping customers implement new technology and service in their work
