Growth Marketing Manager (medior)

Smartvatten is a rapidly growing water management service company with +40 full-time employees and operations expanding across Finland, Germany, Sweden, Benelux, and US. Our Smartvatten remote monitoring service helps property owners already in over 10.000 properties to stop flushing money down the drain and catch plumbing leaks before it's too late.

As part of Smartvatten's internationalization strategy, we are strengthening our Nordics team in order to meet the rising demand in the real estate industry. We are looking for:

Growth Marketing Manager (medior)

 

Responsibilities and duties:

Account Based Marketing:

  • Develop Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategy and execute it effectively to meet the growth objectives of Smartvatten. Keep up a strong focus on driving pipeline generation exclusively from a top account list and accelerate existing opportunities. Work hand in hand with skilled Nordics sales team
  • Create content for different stakeholders at the targeted key accounts
  • Identify the most effective marketing messages, value propositions, materials, channels, and calls to action for buyer and influencer personas at key accounts

Lead generation:

  • Setting up LinkedIn Campaigns
  • Monitoring Google Ads
  • Customer Journey research
  • Creating and sending out monthly newsletters
  • Reporting on campaigns
  • Organizing events

 

We are expecting:

  • Degree in marketing, communication, economics or business administration
  • 2+ years experience in Marketing
  • SEO/SEA knowledge
  • Experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, CRM
  • Know how to work with Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Fluency in English, other language skills seen as an advantage
  • Both self-driven and team-oriented person
  • Open, energetic, practical and "hands-on" action style with direct communication to all parties
  • Strong track record of reaching sustainable, operational results and evidence of career success
  • Knowledge and network within the real estate industry seen as an advantage

Our Smartvatten remote monitoring service already helps property owners in over 7500 properties to improve their sustainability and stop flushing money down the drain and catch leaks before it's too late.

As part of Smartvatten's internationalization strategy, we are now strengthening our team in the Benelux in order to meet the rising demand in the real estate industry. We are therefore looking for:

Customer Success Manager, Benelux

Your main tasks:

  • Helping customers implement new technology and service in their work
  • Being a customer advocate (listening to their needs, working for their interest)
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships

What we expect from you:

  • Building strong networks of long-lasting relationships within the property owner industry in BENELUX
