Installation Specialist at Smartvatten

We Offer:

Smartvatten is seeking an Installation Specialist in this role; you will support B2B customers to get started and get the best experience after purchasing water monitoring equipment and installing at customer properties. You will travel to various locations to perform the installations. The position involves internal and external contact areas, with many customer contacts via email, phone, and meeting customers.

The position entails traveling to various locations to perform the installations. The estimation of traveling is around 3-4 times a week. The rest of the week, you will plan future traveling routes, report to your team, follow up with B2B customers, update the database, and collaborate with your team to make successful installations.

Who will excel in this role?

German speaker – Coordinator (Germany / Remote)

As a Coordinator in the Customer Experience Department, you will:  

  • Coordinating the installation of Smartvatten equipment together with installers and installation partners  
  • Leading deployment of Smartvatten equipment to customer's properties across Germany and possibly other countries  
  • Communicating deployment updates to customers and solving deployment-related challenges  
  • Helping and managing the equipment installations 80% and customer service 20% remotely   
  • Collaborating with our partners, equipment installers, and the customer experience team  
  • In this role, you will impact building a more sustainable future daily for you and our customers  

   

To be considered for this role, here are the skills we are looking for:  

  • Basic excel and Microsoft office knowledge  
  • General understanding of IoT and CRM  
  • Fluency in German/Deutsch and professional working proficiency in English. Additional language skills are seen as an advantage

Customer Success Manager, Germany / RoW

Smartvatten is a rapidly growing water management service company with 50+ employees and operations expanding across Finland, Germany, Sweden, BENELUX and the U.S. Our Smartvatten remote monitoring service helps almost 8000 property owners in already over 10 000 properties in 17 countries to stop flushing money down the drain and catch plumbing leaks before it's too late.

As part of Smartvatten's internationalisation strategy, we are now strengthening our team in order to meet the rising demand in the real estate industry. We are therefore looking for:

 

Customer Success Manager, Germany / RoW (Rest of the World) in Berlin or Frankfurt area

 

Your main tasks

  • Helping customers implement new technology and service in their work
