General Information

Log in at new-hub.smartvatten.com using your existing Smartvatten credentials. 

We are consolidating our platforms to provide a more streamlined and future-ready experience. We also believe that all water data should be accessible from one platform. The new Smartvatten HUB offers improved performance, enhanced security, and a stronger foundation for continuous development. 

Smartvatten HUB is our next-generation platform with a modern design and improved usability. It provides deeper insights into water efficiency on both property and portfolio level and is built on a scalable framework that enables faster feature development going forward. 

Migration Details

No. Your data has already been transferred to HUB, and your existing login credentials remain the same. 

Yes. All relevant data is automatically transferred to ensure a seamless transition.  

Yes. You can log in using your existing Smartvatten HUB credentials. If you cannot login using your existing account, please reset your password. 

 In Smartvatten daily and monthly values are calculated from 00.00 to 23.59. In VertoLive calculation methods may differ from this. 

Due large database not all the consumption data is available from release date. Rest of the data will be migrated in near future!  

 

Features & Benefits

No. All core features from the Vertolive or Leaklook Portal are going to be available in HUB, along with several enhancements. Leak alarms will continue to be delivered in the same way as before. 

During the transition period, users will not be able to manage access independently. However, Smartvatten support can assist with this. An improved user management system will be introduced shortly.

We use extended dataset for Smartvatten Index and due data migration we don’t have all the data needed to calculate it. Smartvatten Indexes will be calculated in new platform shortly. 

Yes. Smartvatten HUB introduces several new capabilities, including: 

  • Integration of main and submeter data in one unified overview  

  • Access to meter reading images for validation (for optical reading customers)  

  • Enhanced and more detailed reporting  

  • Portfolio-level dashboard for a complete overview of water efficiency  

  • Indoor climate data 

  • Improved navigation and user experience
