Wie is Smartvatten? 

Smartvatten is een snelgroeiende watermanagement service met 100+ full time medewerkers in verschillende landen. Op dit moment groeit onze operatie verder in Finland, Zweden, Duitsland, de Verenigde Staten en ook de Benelux. Wij helpen klanten, met onze online monitoring service van watergebruik, om ervoor te zorgen dat zij geen water én geld meer verspillen. Daarom zijn wij op zoek naar: 

Verantwoordelijkheden en taken:  

In deze functie ben jij onderdeel van ons team, dat verantwoordelijk is om onze nieuwe klanten zo snel mogelijk van onze service gebruik te laten maken. Jouw functie is een belangrijk onderdeel in een gestroomlijnd proces, waarin wij onze installatie snel en goed geplaatst krijgen bij de klant. Er is geen technische kennis van ons systeem nodig om hiermee te beginnen, omdat de installatie hiervan relatief makkelijk is, en er (bijna) geen gereedschap nodig voor is. Jij gaat richting verschillende locaties om de installatie of onderhoud uit te voeren, en te communiceren over eventuele technische problemen. 

Er is geen technische kennis van ons product nodig, maar wel helpt het als jij enigszins technisch onderlegt bent. Kan jij een hoofdmeter van een sub-meter onderscheiden? Zien of er ergens een nieuwe meter geplaatst kan/ moet worden? Jij bent als Service Monteur onze ogen op locatie, en dit is ontzettend belangrijk. Vanuit kantoor ondersteunt de rest van het team jou, maar jij bent degene die het verschil maakt wanneer onze klant dat nodig heeft. 

Waar wij naar op zoek zijn:  

  • Oplossingsgericht en proactieve houding;
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands, met voldoende kennis van de Engelse taal om met collega’s problemen te kunnen bespreken;
  • Goede communicatie skills om bij de klant werkzaamheden uit te voeren, en met het eigen team te overleggen.
  • Representatief naar klanten toe;
  • In bezit van rijbewijs, op (korte) termijn is een bedrijfsauto een optie, maar om te beginnen is eigen vervoer handig om snel te kunnen starten;

Voor onze apparaten is een stopcontact nodig. We zijn niet op zoek een full time elektricien, maar als jij ervaring hebt met het leggen van stopcontacten, dan zou dit een groot voordeel zijn. Als wij hiervoor certificatie/ scholing middels een korte cursus kunnen verzorgen, dan is dat ook mogelijk.

TA and HR Specialist (Amsterdam, hybrid)

 

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Follow the recruitment processes and update as needed
  • Create job ads based on competence and role frames from recruiting managers and publish in LinkedIn and locally relevant channels.
  • Conduct sourcing activities in LinkedIn and relevant job portals
  • Review applications and run first interviews with selected candidates, present suitable ones to recruiting managers.
  • Manage interview practicalities and potential candidate testing
  • Finally, make offers and manage candidate pools to ensure they remain engaged for future opportunities.
  • Represent company at f2f and online recruitment events for networking with potential candidate communities.
  • Generate weekly updates on progress to people manager and your direct manager CFO.
  • Work closely with marketing and other colleagues to develop ways to address TA challenges
  • Depending on your back-ground and motivation, you may also contribute to e.g. process or channel development and EB work.
  • Additionally, according to work load and your interest and bac-ground, you will be participating in HR administrative and development tasks.

We expect:

  • Track record in working on a full recruitment cycle (2+ years)
  • Understanding of proptech, customer interface, Sales and/ or IT recruitment
  • Proven ability and interest in independent candidate sourcing and running professional interviews.
  • Ability to function in dynamic scale-up business environment
  • A person who wants to offer best possible candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Motivated to attend events, conferences and career fairs as needed.

Customer Success Manager, Benelux

 

Your main tasks

  • Helping customers implement our service and technology, as well as advise them on water efficiency.
  • Being a customer advocate (listening to their needs, working for their interests).
  • Building and maintaining strong and long-term customer relationships.

We expect you to have

  • 1-2 years of experience from customer facing roles (customer success, service and/or sales).
  • Strong time management skills and adaptive to unexpected situations.
  • Pioneer mindset and willingness to learn new things.
  • Ability to proactively identify customers issues.
  • Identifying structural questions in order to turn them into improvement projects.
  • Fluency in Dutch and professional working proficiency in English.
  • Additional languages such as: German, French, Italian or Spanish are highly valuated.

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Execute account-based sales process effectively in order to meet Smartvatten’s growth objectives. Maintain a strong focus on driving pipeline generation exclusively from a top account list whilst also accelerating existing opportunities. Secure and expand Smartvatten's existing business via property owners with nationally spread portfolios.
  • Build strong networks of long-term relationships with stakeholders within the property owner industry

  • Relevant experience and a strong networking skills within the real estate industry
  • A strong track record of reaching and sustaining operational results and evidence of career success
  • Full professional proficiency in English. Additional language skills are considered assets
