Wie is Smartvatten?
Smartvatten is een snelgroeiende watermanagement service met 100+ full time medewerkers in verschillende landen. Op dit moment groeit onze operatie verder in Finland, Zweden, Duitsland, de Verenigde Staten en ook de Benelux. Wij helpen klanten, met onze online monitoring service van watergebruik, om ervoor te zorgen dat zij geen water én geld meer verspillen. Daarom zijn wij op zoek naar:
Verantwoordelijkheden en taken:
In deze functie ben jij onderdeel van ons team, dat verantwoordelijk is om onze nieuwe klanten zo snel mogelijk van onze service gebruik te laten maken. Jouw functie is een belangrijk onderdeel in een gestroomlijnd proces, waarin wij onze installatie snel en goed geplaatst krijgen bij de klant. Er is geen technische kennis van ons systeem nodig om hiermee te beginnen, omdat de installatie hiervan relatief makkelijk is, en er (bijna) geen gereedschap nodig voor is. Jij gaat richting verschillende locaties om de installatie of onderhoud uit te voeren, en te communiceren over eventuele technische problemen.
Er is geen technische kennis van ons product nodig, maar wel helpt het als jij enigszins technisch onderlegt bent. Kan jij een hoofdmeter van een sub-meter onderscheiden? Zien of er ergens een nieuwe meter geplaatst kan/ moet worden? Jij bent als Service Monteur onze ogen op locatie, en dit is ontzettend belangrijk. Vanuit kantoor ondersteunt de rest van het team jou, maar jij bent degene die het verschil maakt wanneer onze klant dat nodig heeft.
Waar wij naar op zoek zijn:
Voor onze apparaten is een stopcontact nodig. We zijn niet op zoek een full time elektricien, maar als jij ervaring hebt met het leggen van stopcontacten, dan zou dit een groot voordeel zijn. Als wij hiervoor certificatie/ scholing middels een korte cursus kunnen verzorgen, dan is dat ook mogelijk.
