Account manager, Benelux (Amsterdam, hybrid)

Because we have made it our mission to continuously ask the right questions and come up with the best solutions, we have grown from creating energy certificates to providing simple water-saving devices in Finland, to facilitating the remote monitoring of water consumption in real estate across Europe.

We have more than 60 employees, have offices in Finland, Sweden, the Netherlands and Germany and provide our full-service water efficiency and expertise on custom water strategies worldwide. Our remote monitoring service helps almost 8000 property owners in over 10 000 properties in 21 countries to stop flushing money down the drain.

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Execute account-based sales process effectively in order to meet Smartvatten’s growth objectives. Maintain a strong focus on driving pipeline generation exclusively from a top account list whilst also accelerating existing opportunities. Secure and expand Smartvatten's existing business via property owners with nationally spread portfolios.
  • Build strong networks of long-term relationships with stakeholders within the property owner industry

We expect:

  • Relevant experience and a strong networking skills within the real estate industry
  • A strong track record of reaching and sustaining operational results and evidence of career success
  • Full professional proficiency in English. Additional language skills are considered assets
  • A self-driven as well as team-orientated person who inspires confidence among external and internal audiences with different interest groups
  • An open, energetic, practical and "hands-on" style with direct communication to all parties
  • A sales professional with strong integrity and ethical standards
