Responsibilities and duties:
- Selling Envera’s services to Dutch property owners and managers
- Building strong networks of long-lasting relationships within the Dutch property owner industry
We are expecting:
- Relevant experience and network within B2B sales in the Netherlands
- Knowledge of the property owner industry seen as an advantage
- Strong track record of reaching sustainable, operational results and evidence of career success.
- Fluency in Dutch and professional working proficiency in English.
- Both self-driven and team-oriented person who creates confidence among external and internal audiences with different interest groups.
- Open, energetic, practical and “hands-on” action style with direct communication to all parties.
- Sales professional with high integrity and ethical standards.
- Key position in a new market area with the already tested market: Case Vesteda
